It has been a seriously busy start to the season already and we aren't even in February yet, with record number of guys pitching up at every touch game, which already shows how amped guys are for a jam-packed season of Cobras rugby.
Here are a few dates to write down and prepare for:
CAPE TOWN TENS: 7th and 8th of February (sat, sun)
VARSITY CUP: Monday 16th of Feb - Warm-up game 14:45 kick off UCT
Monday 23rd of Feb - Cobras vs. Marjooba (Maties) 16.45 kick off Stellenbosch
Monday 2nd of March - Cobras vs. NMNU 16:40 kick off Port Elizabeth
Monday 9th of March - Cobras vs. Shimlas 16:40 kick off UCT
Monday 23rd of March - Semi-Final
Monday 30th of March - Final
TOUCH DATES: Wednesday 28th of January 4pm Bishops
Friday 30th of January 4pm Bishops
Sunday 1st of February 4pm Bishops
Wednesday 4th of February 4pm Bishops
Friday 6th of February 4pm Bishops
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT IF YOU WANT TO PLAY VARSITY CUP IT'S IMPORTANT THAT YOU TRY ATTEND AS MANY OF THESE SESSIONS POSSIBLE!
These are the most important dates for you guys at the moment, please write them down and make sure you know when the matches are so that you can plan your varsity work around the games, it's going to be a few hard weeks of rugby so please make sure you amped and are aware of when the matches are taking place.
There will be two, possibly three proper practices before our warm-up game, so keep checking the site for details as this will be your only source of information from now on.
